Default Have I got compatibility problems? HELP!

i want to buy the digi 001 with Pro Tools LE included.
and now i found out that my mother board is from SiS (I think). to be exact its said in the description its a MD-5000 M-ATX mainboard based on SiS 648 northbridge and 963 southbridge chipsets.
Here's all the exact details you'll need to tell me if it works with digi001 or not I hope:
