Why when i try to move one clip, Every tracks clip in that time gets highlighted

Lets say i have a 20 track session. I want to move track 1's first bar to the second bar. When i highlight track 1's first bar to move it to the second bar and hold alt+shift every single track below on bar 1 gets highlighted and there's a yellow outline around the track im actually moving, while there's outlines around each other tracks 1st bar. This didnt use to happen. The only thing i want is for it to highlight and have a yellow box around what i'm ACTUALLY moving. Any idea how to get pro tools to stop doing this?

I have just a couple thoughts, although it is still hard to know what is going on unless I actually see it.

Could you post a screen capture video of what is going on?

Any Groups enabled?? Do you have any groups enabled that could be causing this to happen?

How about Clip groups? Could the clips be grouped together?

no groups by the way..i dont think clips groups are enabled.. i dont know how to do that
