Windows 7 not recognizing my Oxygen8 v2

I have a copy of Pro Tools 8 with the Oxygen8 V2. I am running Windows 7 32-bit. I noticed that the Windows 7 drivers finally came out, haven't checked in a while. Anyways, following advice from another post, I plugged in my oxygen8 and it automatically installed. Then I removed it, and installed the pro tools software. Then plugged the oxygen8 back in and the Ilok. In the middle of starting up, I just get the error "Unable to locate M-Audio HARDWARE. Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on."

After getting this error twice, I remeved the digidesign drivers that installed from the cd, and then downloaded and installed the windows 7 32 bit drivers. Then restarted my computer, tried to open pro tools and got the same error message. The ilok and keyboard are both plugged in so I don't know what to do to get this to work, so can someone please help!?

Pro Tools is looking for a qualified M-Audio Sound Card, not the Oxygen 8 v2. Please see this page for more information on Pro Tools requirements:
