Default Protools 10.3.10 Crash

When I'm uploading the Protools this message appears "Could not complete your request because Access violation occurred, unable to read location:
0x00000008" stops/freezes on the same plugin. Can anyone help? Thanks JisCan

Without further details on your system, etc, we can't begin to help. We're good here but we're not mind readers. Please read and follow the 'help us to help you' that's linked to at the top of every page.

And what do you mean by 'uploading the ProTools' anyways?

When I click on the Protools 10.3.10 icon it starts loading in the various instruments , plugins, etc. but then always stops/freezes on AirSpringReverb. I then have to turn off PC and try over again but it always stops/freezes on the same plugin.
