Default Run Pro Tools First 12.3.1

Hi there, I just got Pro Tools First 12.3.1. All the instalation process went right, but when I try to run the program I have a few problems.
My computer is a Pc, windows 8.1, 64 bits, Intel 7-core, Gb RAM with Realtek Audio HD.
- First a Fatal Error appears, saying: Elastic Audio.aaxplugins could not be loaded. Error details: (Import DLL iZotope_Radius_XForm_x64.dll cannot be loaded)

- Then, I press accept and a new window appears saying basicaly the same but it gives me the option to move those plugins to "plugins (Unused)"

I press Ok and the welcome window appears saying before I start I have to choose the audio device ("playing engine" or something like that), when I press ok, another error appears, this time it says: DAE Error: -6117; when I press ok it says the audio device cannot be initilized and it only gives me the option to close the program.

I know its maybe a lot of things but I would be so pleased if someone can help me, as im new in Pro Tools.

Thanks

Default Re: Run Pro Tools First 12.3.1

Protool First will only work with ASIO compliant audio devices, which your onboard audio device is not.

You can try installing ASIO4ALL, which makes non ASIO devices look like an ASIO device. This will allow you to use your onboard audio device and will most likely get you up and running. The down side is that it can sometimes lead to poor performance and other configuration errors.

The better option would be to purchase an inexpensive USB audio interface that supports the ASIO standard. A lot of people have good experiences with Focusrite interfaces like the Scarlett 2i2.
