Need help with activation

My girlfriend just purchased Pro Tools 10 on Friday, and we are having issues with the installation and activation today.

Install is fine, but when we are faced with registering and activating the software, we run into a problem. There is no activation code anywhere.

We have a card labeled "Product Registration Information Card" with a Registration ID - format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx as well as a sticker that has a 9900 number on it (a product code from what I can tell), and a CCDxxxxxxxxxx code as well.

How is this supposed to go? Documentation for the registration process is severely lacking in the box. We began that iLok process. Had some issues with that because I didn't have ActiveX installed on the machine (new build, just finished yesterday). Do we get the activation code after the iLok process is finished?

AFAIK, the activation code is what gets the asset transferred to your iLok account. The dealer should be of help.

Upon registering, the Ilok license will be sent to your Ilok account, where you can download it to your Ilok.
