Not if you have the mix knob all the way to the left... that's the point of the mix knob. To mix between input and output. You will hear some latency between the two, but you won't hear playback with input monitoring only...

If the mix knob is always to the right, as mine is, you can hear both, if you only want to hear the input then you just solo it in pro tools...
