Default ISSUES RE-INTALLING PROTOOLS

After having my Mbox repaired by Digidesign: I plugged the Mbox in, everything seems to work fine, it goes through the normal installation process. But when attempting to re-install ProTools, it will get to the very last bar of installation and nothing will happen. I have tried to install each version of PT I have, separately, with the same results. I also used the PT uninstaller utility (http://www.digidesign.com/index.cfm?...1&itemid=23699) each time to uninstall (add/remove programs did not work).
