Control 24 PT 6.4.1 Mix not responding

I have recently upgraded and made the ust to PT 6.4.1 for my Mix3 system. Everything seems fine, but my Control 24 is not responding. It is not detected when I scan for ethernet controllers, works fine when i switch to OS9 though. Is there something small I am missing? Is there something I must do OS wise? Any advise would be appreciated.

Speaking from my own minutes of scratching when I moved to OSX, have you enabled the contoller in the hardware setup within PT for a C24 ?

yes, under setups/peripherals I scanned for ethernet controllers and "en0" appears by the port and is checked but no options or C24 under the units. Works fine in OS9, same setup. Is it a system ethernet setting I am missing? Digi any ideas on this?

Hi,

Make sure that you have not moved the Pro Tools application from its default location. you should also confirm that the personality is in Mac HDD/Applications/Digidesign/Pro Tools/Controllers. If it is try trashing your preferences, go to Users > “your user name” > Library > Preferences and trash DAE Prefs, DigiSetup.OSX, Pro Tools 6.x prefs, "com.digidesign.protools.plist" and "com.apple.audio.AudioMIDISetup.plist". Let us know what you find.
