PT Perpetual renewal/iLok activation status
Hi, I just renewed my perpetual license for PT. It is perpetual and was on my iLok and running fine even during the 30-day grace. Now, the iLok showed the license was deposited today but was no longer activated, and PT wouldn’t launch until I activated it again.
Is this normal behavior when you renew, that it needs to be activated again, even though it was a non-expiring perpetual license? Just curious. Last edited by macmuse; 04-08-2022 at 07:29 PM.
