Default Subscription Renewal Issue

Hey folks!

Run across an issue where my active subscription isn't being renewed in iLok, and presumably will cause PT to stop working tomorrow when it runs out. From the looks of it there's a thread at https://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=409627&page=11 where other folks are having a similar issue, but I couldn't find any solutions in there. As with the other posters, have tried syncing ilok, and I have a support case open (04786468) but I figured I'd make a post here in case it's a known issue that has been solved since 2021.

The sub shows as active in my master account, payment was taken and confirmed by email, and auto renew is on, just seems like the licences are stuck on pending in ILM.

Hi Jack,

I saw your case and coordinated it with our Avid Online store team as well. For the mean time I deposited a temporary license just in case your current license stop working.

Hey Jack,

I have the exact same issue, with support case open.
Any chance of a temporary licence/a nudge to the support team too?
Mine runs out in about 13 hours, and I'm in the middle of a really tight deadline

Any help much appreciated! :)

Hi Paul - I happen checked your account and your license is already updated. Can you try and launch Pro Tools using your paid license?
