Missing frame ?!?
When we are digitizing video, we lose a frame about half way in when playing back quicktime in pro tools. We are digitizing using premiere 5.1 with a SVHS machine into an igniter card. This is a new problem! We have been doing things this way for a long time and it has always worked until just recently. So our settings should be correct. When we type in a timecode in pro tools it is about one frame to a half frame off of the quicktime video. Please help!!!!

Re: Missing frame ?!?
How long is the clip? Is it a gradual drift or is it sudden? If you are using Premier do you have it set to warn you if frames have been dropped? If no frames were dropped the only thing I can think of is that you have your session frame rate set wrong.
