That's really apples vs. oranges.

Broadcasters produce many hours of programming every day with a large proportion of it recorded and mixed nearly in real time. QC includes making certain there are the right number of commercial breaks that are the right length and that nobody says anything that might result in a lawsuit.

Film work is much much slower, tightly scripted and any audio screw-ups have far more expensive consequences.
