Default Latest PT, Carbon and M1 question

I have just installed latest PT on Mac Air M1 and connected Carbon using SonnetTech network adapter.
PT is running through Ravenna.
I can only create sessions up to 96 kHz.
Is it Ravenna limitation or Carbon, or the combination?

Carbon runs a proprietary version of AVB. Where did Ravenna come from?

I do apologise guys, Rosetta - the interpretation layer for legacy code, not Revenna.

My bad - I posted it without reading twice.

This is just a test machine - the first M1 Mac.

It is Mac book Air with 16 GB RAM, 8 core 8 GPU.

Was thinking this might get weird with a Merging Anubis or something being involved...

Regarding configuration of Carbon there is not much you an change.
And when you try to select a sampling rate it only goes up to 96.

The Only choice is Carbon 1-28 24-bit.
I was expecting a way to reduce a number of I/O to get to higher sampling rate but I see no way of doing it.

Are you familiar with getting Carbon to show 192kHz options? Best description I know is here: https://www.pro-tools-expert.com/hom...-carbon-review see "Supports Up To 192KHz" titled section. Gives at least an idea what should be required to see 192 kHz option.

But why would you want to burn those very precious limited DSP resources running at 192kHz (presumably if purchasing a Carbon it was to leverage DSP processing and there is not a huge amount there).
