Digi 001 and Motu 2408

Has anybody been able to run the Digi001 and The Motu 2408 on the same system. 2408 using Logic or Cubase and the Digi 001 using Protools on a G4?

Yes. No problems (that more memory would not cure.) I've had Logic Platinum running both the Digi001 (through Direct I/O) and the 2408 (via ASIO) simultaneously. But, that set up requires a lot of memory.

In addition, unless you're using a TDM set up, Logic currently does not allow use of the Digi001's extra audio in's and out's for sends and returns to outboard gear like PT LE is capable of. It doesn't let the 2408 do it either.

I'm assumung you mean 256 meg of ram. ;-)

I'm running on 224 meg. No problems, if you aren't trying to use the 2408 and the Digi001 on Logic at the same time. Even that may not be a problem, with 256 meg and after setting up a streamed lined extensions package with Extensions Manager.
