Pro Tools M-Powered 8: Challenge / Response?

I did this same thing, but was successful in activating both my iLok and my ProTools 8 software. Here's what I did:

1. Installed my ProjectMix I/O.
2. Downloaded and installed my ProTools 8 M-Powered free upgrade.
3. Started ProTools (you don't need to do this though).
4. Activated ProTools.
5. ProTools complained that I didn't have an iLok installed.
6. I went to www.iLok.com and logged in.
7. Plugged in my iLok.
8. Downloaded and installed the iLok driver.
9. Downloaded and installed the iLok web browser client.
10. Closed all browser windows so the iLok client could complete the install.
11. Reopened a browser, went to www.iLok.com and logged back in.
12. Found one license waiting for me.
13. Clicked on the license to install to the iLok.
14. The license installed to the iLok.
15. Ran ProTools again, and everything works fine!

I know it's a lengthy list but that's what I went through during my install process.

I'm having the same problem... I've tried everything. After logging into 'My Digi', under 'Your Products', the Pro Tools 8 M Powered Upgrade is listed there. Underneath it, it says 'go to www.ilok.com to retrieve your licenses'. When I log into iLok.com, I don't seem to find any licenses available for downloading. Someone please help me!!

It looks like you put the wrong iLok account when you did your activation, so the downloads are in your avid account, but your license went to the wrong account. I sent the details to Digi CSA and asked them to email you.

Hmm.... that's strange. I only have 1 iLok account... but I appreciate any help I can get.
