help me please....my pro tools is broken!!!!!

here's the situation...digidesign e-mailed me and told me i could download 5.1 from the digistore....before doing this i took the info. sheet that came with my mac upgrade(wrong one of course) that said in order to install 5.1 i had to de-install the digi001 wave drivers...i did that and i remeoved pro tools altogether off my computer...the entire program is gone from my computer...

now, realizing that digidesign gave me false info...i could not download 5.1 for some ****in reason...i was stuck having to re-install pro tools 5.01...

upon doing this i had to re-install the drivers...which i did....now, when i try to install pro tools LE i can't do it...i get up until the point where its installing the system plug-ins and it just stops..and then i get an error which said it couldn't install it....

help me...please...what am i doing wrong...this is a simple thing...why the hell doesn't it install?

false alarm...i got it to run...i inspected the CD-ROM...it had something on it...i guess thats why it wasn't reading
