How to move parts inkluding markers?
Dear Digi User Conference,
how can I move selected parts INCLUDING markers in Pro Tools? ... I'm cutting an audiobook right now and I'd like to add some seconds in one chapter ... without having to set all following markers (chapter beginnings) again. Regards Nils |

Re: How to move parts inkluding markers?
Would love to know if this is possible myself.
I've always done it manually in the past so if I've moved the song 2 bars (for example) then I go through the markers moving them one by one...... Will be good to know of a shortcut!

Re: How to move parts inkluding markers?
Simple. Cut and paste.
Just click and drag to select the markers in the marker time line in the edit window, cut, and position your cursor at the beginning of the new marker start point. Then paste.

Yes, never forget that you can shift click to select the marker track. Of course it works with simple selections also.
