automation all screwed up

Hello guys.

Finally got my setup working again and now I have pro tools 6.4 but I have some automation problems.

Whenever I automate a track with mutes they somethimes dont work. I can visually see the track muted but its still playing!. The only thing to fix it is befor I play the track, I must unmute then remute the automated tracks... Anyon ehave this problem?

I had it happen to me yesterday in 6.4 after loading and converting an old session from 6.1.1, but I haven't been able to replicate it. I've had it happen in 6.1.1 before also, but not on the same session. There used to be a theory that it had something to do with rewire, but the session I had problems with wasn't using rewire, nor did it have any automation.

The track did, however, contain one instance of Amplitube LE.

The plot thickens...
