Default Sync\'ing an HD system to pro studio

I am going into a pro studio next week to get some mixing finished. I am going to be running 16 channels out of my HD system into an Amek board.

I know the studio uses Midi time code and SMPTE to link up their auto faders and computer controls.

Just wondering what the best method would be to link in the HD system. I think we will be using the HD system as the Master, with everything else slaving to it.

Thanks

A Pro Studio with no HD system??...sounds like an oxymoron...hehe

If they are sending out a solid TC..then I would prefer to have PT chase there existing code.
