Tech Support Not Supportive (-6031)
Digi
I've posted many, many times on this and my sessions still crash with constant -6031 errors. Why can't you offer the solution to my problem? As a "valued" customer I request some serious attention at this point to this. Please. I beleive I've tried everything previously suggested. My drives are terminated correctly and the drivers are correct. WHAT NEXT? John 617.625.9437 508-253-7724 |

Since I havent seen your previous posts Here is some general info: constant -6031 errors CPU is too slow to keep up - likely caused by old disk drivers (get recommended ATTO, FWB, Anubis, etc. drivers) The very first thing to try is increasing your HW buffer size in the playback engine dialog. Please provide complete system. CPU, HD,s, OS, Memory, PT hardware and a description of when this error comes occurs. Thanks MJ Digidesign Tech Supt |
