Error while starting up pro tools..help!

Today I purchased the Digi 002 Rack. I installed the firewire card hooked firewire cables up. Started computer and installed everything like the instructions stated. I then opened up Pro Tools and I got this error:

And when you click on "click here" this is what you see:

I've done everything possible. Un-installed, Re-installed, Started Over, Removed programs, name it I probably did it. Has anyone else had this problem. Help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks

had a similar problem the other day.

here's what i did:

uninstall all plug-ins
uninstall pro tools
uninstall interlok driver

download updated interlok driver

delete all digidesign, plug-in and pace folders, including those found in Program Files\Common Files

install new interlok
install protools - check to see that it actually works
install plug-ins

hope that works for you

BTW, i installed 6.4 not 6.1.1

Is the interlok driver only for people who use an iLok?

the interlok driver is the piracy protection system used by the majority of pro tools plug-ins. authorisations can be stored on either a local HDD or the i-lok in most cases.
