Avid Control iPad soft keys disappear

If I boot Avid Control on the iPad, the transport and soft key selector tab appears at the bottom of all pages as they should. When I add the Avid Control A1Do in the Eucon surfaces page, they DISAPPEAR. No transport, and NO soft key tab. I need to use the soft keys in addition to the touchscreen (which works just fine). PLEASE help?


Mac OSX 10.12.6 - PT 19.10.0.494 - Mac Pro 2010 - Latest Eucontrol 20.1.0.50 - Ipad air 2 IOS 13.3.1 - using the latest Avid Control.

I don't understand the question... I'm trying to use the Avid Control Ipad app, but it's useless to me without the bottom row of softkeys - the ones that correspond to the row of soft keys below the touchscreen on the hardware Artist Control.



It shows up on the app until I add it to the list of surfaces in Eucontrol. It then disappears....

I have an artist control and artist transport connected. I tried disconnecting both hardware units, and still no good.





I would like to use the app to replace the control.... Sorry, can't post a video right now

If you remove the MC Control surfaces do they come back?

I removed both surfaces, and still nothing. I reconnected and they're back.

No, I have no problem with the hardware surfaces. I still have no softkeys or transport controls on the Avid Control iPad App.



They appear if I start the app on the iPad in standalone mode, but as soon as I add it to the list of surfaces in Eucontrol the softkeys/transport line disappears.

We just tried this here on 2 different systems and its OK. A video of this happening might help
