DID not get Joe Meek bundle or BF bundle from Pro Tools HD1

I Did not get Joe Meek bundle or BF bundle from Pro Tools HD1. I was able to download the Joe Meek an BF bundles but I have no license for it. I was given the license for Moogerfooger bundle but not the other two. My iLock account contains Pro Tools HD 8.0 , it's back up, And the Moogerfooger license. I don't know what I missed when I loaded it but I don't have JM and BF. The are supposed to come with PT8.0.
