Approved computer for Video Satellite LE

(this is sort of a re-post from another thread but it is Directed to Digi)

Can I run Video Satellite LE on an older G5 Power PC (the model just before Apple changed to the Intel Chips) with a Blackmagic card that has video reference in, and feed balck burst from a Horita generator (or similar) and get *consistent frame edge aligned video and audio sync*?
