Default Time Compression/Expansion Bug?

Hello all,

When I compress using the time compressor, the sound becomes a little distorted. Is this a known issue?

Thanks.

Just to be more specific, the pitch of the audio track becomes slightly altered.

Sadly, the stock TC[E tool is not very good(at least IMHO). I much prefer Serato's Pitch N Time. You can try Elastic Audio which works okay for small time changes, but listen to the change before you commit it.
