OMF files into ProTools LE 5.2.1

I am new to using OMF files and I need help converting OMF so I can use in PT 001, LE 5.2.1 - The OMF are from Avid DV Express Pro. I downloaded OMF Tools 2.0.8, when I rey to convert the OMF files I get a type 2 error and the application shuts down. The editor says he has used AV transfer, but only for Nuendo - does anybody know if this will work for PT? Thanks
