LE Factory plug-in-only bundle? Where it be?

Today I read an item in Digi's "Hot News and Events" section that I hadn't seen before (not sure how old it is). It had this little tidbit in it:

"Already own a Pro Tools LE system but want Factory goodness of your own? Be our guest: Digidesign’s offering an LE Factory plug-in-only bundle to all existing, registered Pro Tools LE owners for a limited time. Visit your dealer or our online DigiStore to get your LE Factory plug-ins while the offer lasts. (You’ll need a valid system serial number if you purchase through the DigiStore.)"

So unless I'm misreading, does that mean that if I already have a 002, I can get the following plugs that are included in the Factory Bundle at a reduced or promotional rate?

I'm interested, but does anybody have any idea how I can find out the price, etc? I looked all over the DigiStore, did different searches, but I can't find any further info.
