Only bear in mind that you can't use RTAS plugs after TDM plugs in the signal chain. You can only use RTAS before any TDM plugs.

Is it possible to use RTAS and TDM plugins at the same time in a Mix system? And if it is...How?

That was one of the new features added in ProTools v5.1. When you go to the inserts, you will have multi-channel tdm, multi-mono tdm, multi-channel RTAS, and multi-mono RTAS to choose from. This is only available v5.1 and later though. Have fun!!

You can't use RTAS on Aux inputs or Masterfaders...only audio tracks.
