Protools 2023.9.0 Won't launch on Microsoft Studio

Protools will not launch on my Studio Laptop. Running Windows 11. It was running fine, but now will not launch at all. Reinstalled program, but it just sits at the Protools prompt and program never runs or launches.
Help someone please!!!!!

When you did the reinstall did you delete all the files in the User/AppData folders ? There is one in Local and one in Roaming.

These may be the issue. You can delete these and then restart PT.

I would also move al of the non-Avid AAX plugins to a temp folder until you have it launching again.

What *exactly* do you see happen on the screen when you try to launch Pro Tools? What exactly is the "Pro Tools prompt" (I have no idea what you mean)? And how *exactly* are you doing that? double clicking on the Pro Tools executable icon?
