Scribble strips issue D-Control Fader Pack

All scribble strips on one fader pack of a 32-fader setup are not displaying text. Only solid green light. Tried power on reset of unit holding Sel/Solo/Mute with no change. Tried Utility reset as well. Any other suggestions?
