Default 9128 DAE error (CPU overload) with no plugins

Hi. I'm running PT10 with Windows 7 64 bit.

I'm currently getting the DAE 9128 CPU overload error telling me to remove some native plugins. The problem is that the sessions either has 1 plugin or not at all! Anyone having this problem?
