Default NTSC to PAL Sample rate conversion

Hi,
Does anyone know or know where I can find the sample rate number for the 4.1% pull up from NTSC to PAL. The 4% is 50k as far as i'm aware but I can't work out the 4.1%. I want to change the headers in PT and trick it into converting into a 48k session. I have serato pitchntime but i'd like to compare the two. I tried a search for this but to no avail... Thanks
Garret

I'm glad it's not just me. I bet I wouldn't be able to find this post next week if I printed it out and tried to search from the printout...
