That's all part of the Everything Bundle?

Is he lowering the cost of the Everything Bundle? It's currently $25 per month.

I read it as if you jump on for 12 months it is only $14.99 a month which is fantastic I am signing up even though we already have most of those plugins.

However He releases soo many new ones that are soo great I haveto be a part of them hehe

And the new Reverbs and Delays are super awesome.

Sorry for sounding like a salesman but man thats the best deal I have seen yet.

I'm currently on the $25 per mknth plan sincd that's what was available when I signed up. Not sure what the difference between the $14.99 per month and the $179 annual plan is.

Is the FG-2000 a model of the Yamaha SPX 2000 reverb? Because I have been wanting that one for years and years.

Funny how Slate is marketing it as an "authentic" recreation. Dave Derr is taking the Distressor to where he thinks it should go and now everyone is chasing what he did 15 or so years ago. I own both hardware and software and will take the Arousor any day over just a Distressor if I have to choose.

Not seeing perpetual license prices on any of the new individual plugs. Is that going away? I mean $14.99 per month is a bargain for everything, but what if I don't want to be on a subscription?

Exactly! I personally don't ever want to be on a subscription plan for anything. I wouldn't be surprised if Slate is going to be one of the first to not offer a choice between subscription and perpetual. I guess that we just have to wait and see. Alienating a customer base is nothing new to this company unfortunately.

I mean I have paid for a good chunk of his plugs already. I don't want to feel like that money was for naught. Ultimately I will always be able to use what I "own" without the subscription as well as be able to try anything for a month @ $25 but I would like the option to outright pay for what I know I am going to use.

The reverbs for example. I used the Relab thing when it was free to me but I found the same IRs in the Waves IR verb. I A-B'd them and they sounded identical patch to patch. I do like the idea of a Distressor from them, event though Empirical is making their own. But I bet the Slate one will go head to head with that favorably.

I get that it's a way for companies to guarantee income streams, but all of this nickel and dime stuff adds up over the course of a year.

The press release states perpetual licenses still exist. $149 intro price, then $199 regular price. The FG-Stress hasn't been released yet as far as I am aware. It maybe a case that Slate is handling subscriptions himself, while selling perpetual licenses through online retailers like Audiodeluxe.
