Default Rates and/or Salary Ranges

Hi there!

I'm hoping for anyone's help in finding information for the going rate for an engineer working in the interactive/new media environment. I am currently in negotiations and need to find some research to help back me up on the counter-offer I've placed before them. I basically record and edit their voice-over talent and help as well as create sound effects. If anyone has this type of information to help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm hoping to grab everything by the end of the week.

Thanks,
Leilani
