Big noise when rearranging tracks in the Show/Hide column

How long has thie been happening? I switch the track order around in the Show/Hide track column and get a huge pop noise.
Since I have D Verb open, it seems to go through that as well, making this even more dramatic! What gives?

Also, I just noticed that you can't loop a region (even with loop playback on) if you are in Quick Punch mode. Has this always been the case? I like to stay in QP for MIDI recording, but sometimes I want to loop a section, and I can't do that while in QP and Loop mode. I guess by pressing the 4 key, I could toggle in and out of Loop playback mode, but....

Search the treads, everyone is complaining about pops and click in PT 7.
Irretating as hell.
