Auto-Renew not renewing ..

hi, i am posting for a friend .. he has auto renew checked but Avid has not auto renewed his perpetual license yet ..

all account info is up to date and his account is now 3 days past renewing ..

can you tell me what he should do on his end to help move this forward ??

He should contact Avid CS. Please pass avid.force.com/pkb/articles/faq/How-do-I-use-my-support-services on to him. (Can use their System ID to call, but if any trouble there just select the activation/registration option.)

Jeffro mine is coming due also for auto renew. Should I expect the same delay and the need to contact support? Last year I paid 3 weeks in advance of my expiration date and it was still days late.
