Faderport not working correctly.
Windows 10, Pro Tools 12.4,
Fader port is only working on a random amount of channels per session. Hovers between 7 and 12, and then the fader and pot controls do not respond to the track I'm on. Firmware is up to date, and it's in a USB 2 port. All instructions have been followed from Presonus on setup, so I'm at a loss. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you!

More details might help. Do you have any other hardware control? If you have a DIGI002 or 003 surface, those will "own" the first 8 tracks(IOW, the faderport will not be able to control the first 8 tracks in any session)
 Having said that, I have not spent a lot of time on windows 10 with mine, but it works dandy in win7

My Faderport works fine in Win 10, but it was a PIA to install. Oddly enough, it works off of a USB 3 port. Did you do the firmware update? When you install it, you have to follow their on-screen instructions to the letter.
