How to refund upgrade from pt9 ?

Hi I wish to know how to refund my upgrade from pt9 to pt10 (299$), downloaded on Avid store, because (and i admit it 's my fault not to read carefully pt10 spec, especially for diskcash ram, not available for pt native) I was too stupid and too excited when seeing PT10 promotional videos. The videos in my opinion are not transparent enough, and some of us upgraded on a non real need basis.

I will again upgrade when pt11 ?? Is out and is worth 299 $, with all the features like 64 bits and so on...
