Can’t transfer HEAT license [SOLVED!!]
Hi Jeffro…
My HEAT license shows that it’s transferable – but when I hit the “Next” button after filling out my Credit Card details etc – I get this Message: "Error Connecting to the Server There was a problem connecting to the server. Please try again later. (Code 6)" Strange – ‘cos the Server let me transfer HEAT from my iLok Cloud to my iLok #3 (yesterday). I’ve tried unsuccessfully to transfer it over the last couple of days... As you recently posted that “it’s not a good idea to post your iLok User Name on the DUC” – would you please PM me, so I can give you my details? Thanks in advance

Found your account using your community email.
Transferring a license (to another account) is different than moving one between your account and an iLok on your account (activating/deactivating). I see the HEAT license activated to your iLok2. Can you deactivate and try again, or have you already tried with it deactivated?
