Default Pro Tools Crashes on Startup During "Setting Up I/O Paths"

Completely new user to Pro Tools. Installed it, got everything up and running just fine and was recording and bouncing with no issues. Two days later when I went to run the program I was hit with "Pro Tools Application Has Stopped Working", which happens when the loading gets to the "Setting Up I/O Paths" in the process, and when this happens it's always showing "Bus 31-32" as the moment that the program is crashing during startup.

I uninstalled and reinstalled everything. Worked fine for two days, now the literal exact same issue is happening, all the way down to it saying "Setting Up I/O Paths, Bus 31-32" at the moment of the crash.

Any suggestions? I unfortunately do not know the hardware nearly well enough to try to attempt a fix, especially since I can't even get the program to fully load now.

Details:
Pro Tools Versions: 10.3.5
Computer: Windows 7 64-bit Operating System

Try holding "N" while starting Pro Tools and see if it gets you in to double check the audio device, and perhaps reset the IO to defaults:

Thank you!

I wasn't quite having the same issue, but this same answer solved it!
