5.0.1 dissappearing regions

I use time expansion or reverse sound file in the audio suite then crossfade them into other sounds on my tracks. All is good but when I save and reopen the session bits and pieces are missing. Somebody must have had this problem. Is there a workaround. I just moved from Sonic Solutions and Waveframe and have never experienced anything like this. I would really appreciate some help. I'm in the middle of a TV show and every morning I open my session I have to go through and put the missing pieces back. Sometimes after I put them back save and reopen there gone again. Please Please Please Help!!!!!

Whitecastle, one workaround off the top of my head: have you tried AudioSuite Duplicating the track? There's also a key command that simplifies this...mind's gone blank...
