yeah thanks... i had to delete all on external hard drive and redownload but the ones on external hard drive dont come up in komplete kontrol only the ones on my internal hard drive. its frustrating. but i will keep trying. thank you

yes, and when i download the dvd drive comes up and if i click the wizard to install. it says insert disk. so i let that menu pass until native access installs. i downloaded to external hard drive but doesnt come up in komplete kontrol. i know basics to this but i might not see something there. let me know. thanks

i figured out. thanks for help. i had to make file folders for content and download now its downloading directly to external hard drive then when i open komplete kontrol i go to file preferences then upload there... it took awhile but i got the understanding now.
