Export as OMF files
Hey peeps!
I have a friend that uses Cubase, and for us to collaborate on projects we always need to bounce down the audio files. Is there an expansion offered for PT to export as OMF files?? Or is there even another method to export so there is compatibility between programs? Cheers, Hands.

You need the digitranslator to be able to open OMF files and i'm fairly sure you need the DV toolkit to export from Pro Tools as OMF which is extremely pricey. It's probably cheaper to go out and buy Cubase.

DigitTranslator will allow you to import or export in OMF format.
