Just installed Pro Tools - can't get past the "Install Helper" dialog..?

I installed Pro Tools latest version v. 2023.12.1, and just before that Pro Tools Developer v. 2023.9.0 Intel.

When I launch the Pro Tools Developer, I get a dialog box pop up saying it wants to install "Helper", and I enter password and press to install.
The dialog box goes away, but Pro Tools Developer does not launch.

I have iLok installed (it did it along with the Developer install).

I also followed this fix:

None of those files it wants me to delete were in the "/Library/LaunchDaemons" or "/Library/PrivilegedHelperTools" folders.

(running Ventura 13.5)

I also installed Avid HD Driver.pkg, and Pro Tools Audio Bridge.
I launched Pro Tools, thinking on 1st launch it would install the Helper but it didn't mention anything.

apologies, is Pro Tools Developer support a direct email to their staff then? I'll look into that.

I managed to get around it, by installing 2024.3.0, and PTD 2023.12.0
