Intel Mac Big Sur vs. Monterey vs. Ventura?

I am just about to move on from Catalina because my UAD firewire satellite has kept me there (anything past Catalina doesn't support firewire). I've purchased a newer thunderbolt 3 one so I can have more UAD processors and get on newer versions of everything that isn't supported by Catalina.

Curious if any users with similar systems as mine might have some insight as to which of these newer operating systems are the most stable with Pro Tools.

My system:
2017 Retina 5K Imac 4.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
40 Gb Ram, Radeon Pro 580 8 GB, 1TB SSD
Universal Apollo 16+8 Mk2 + Satellite Octo
Catalina 10.5.7, Pro Tools Studio 2023.9
