HD 7.4 crash every time i try to start it.

When i installed HD 7.4 it crashes every time it comes to "setup midi" in the loading screen.
When i installed 7.3.1 again everything works again. i tried thes several times now. can anyone help me? best regards Isak

Do either of you have non-ascii characters in your account name?

If so, that's likely the problem - changing your account name to one with all ascii characters, then doing an uninstall/reinstall of Pro Tools will likely fix it.

7.4 loaded successfully after uninstaling midi driver. In my case - Edirol UM-1ex. But I need a midi.
