Default Windows Config Question

I am using Pro Tool 8.05. I had saved some windows configurations in which I set up the edit and mix windows the way I want to use them. In fact, I set up a few different configurations that accomplished different things.

These config settings appeared under my windows configurations list in Pro Tools, but all of a sudden they dissapeared. It's as though all the window configurations I saved, have been lost or deleted.

It seems that every time I save a windows configuration, it is there for the duration of the time I have Pro Tools running but when I exit from Pro Tools and start it again, the configs are gone.

I don't know why this is happening. Any ideas?
