Consistent 9093 Errors with video and low buffers

Hey all. Just about to have my first ADR session with this new system. Using an Omni and monitoring through Pro Tools so buffers have to be 64 at most. Recording seems to be fine (other than the suspiciously high sample offset mentioned in another thread), but each and every time I stop playback, whether recording or not, I get a 9093 error. Hitting Enter clears the error, but this is obviously a pain, and if audio is playing there's an annoying noise at the stop point. The problem stops if I go up to 256, but that's way too much delay for the talent.

On a seemingly screaming system like this, why would it crap out like this, and only when stopping playback each time? A Video Engine issue, or is there something else I can explore?
