Question about PQ controllers

I've read that you can have 8 stereo PQ controllers for the performers for their foldback. Is it possible to use 16 mono ones on a console? Or in other words, how many foldback sends can I have using this as a monitor desk? TIA

With mono groups, you get:
16 mono aux sends
8 mono matrix mixes
8 stereo matrix mixes

To answer your first question:

Is it possible to use 16 mono ones on a console?

No, a maximum of 8 PQ Controllers can be connected, and they always control the 8 stereo matrix sends (know as "PQ Sends").
